The story starts millions of years ago, when underwater plants sank to the bottom of lakes and oceans, were mixed with mud and finally covered by layers of heavy sediment.

The biggest, and we believe, most important difference between fossil fuels and Bio-fuels is that the carbon released when Bio-fuels burn is the carbon which was stored when the plant is growing. This means the net carbon emission produced year on year is much, much lower than it is with fossil fuels.
